Get help from official channels

Find who to call first, then prepare a clear, respectful email if you need one. You review it and send it yourself from your own email.

If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call local emergency services now. Email is not suitable for emergencies.

AllOfBD is a directory, not a government office or a help service. Nobody here reads requests or can act on your case. This page points you to official offices, and you contact them yourself.

Some NGOs can also help with labour disputes, repatriation and family support. Browse NGOs

Private by design: what you type stays in this browser. AllOfBD does not store it, does not send it, and does not file complaints. Opening the email in your app is not the same as submitting an official complaint — the mission receives it only when you press send.

3Who should receive it?

Choose your country and the type of help first. We will suggest verified official contacts.

Filled in when you pick a verified contact above. You can also type an address from the mission’s official website.

4Describe your situation

Stick to facts you know: dates, places, what was said or done. Do not include passport, NID or bank numbers unless the mission asks for them.

5Letter language

The letter frame is translated; the details you typed are kept exactly as you wrote them.

How we keep Probashi trustworthy

  • A “Verified” badge means AllOfBD staff checked the organization against an independent source. Paid listings and promotions never buy verification.
  • Official embassy and NGO contacts are shown only with their source and the date they were last checked.
  • AllOfBD is not a government service. We never send messages or file complaints on your behalf, and essential help is always free.
