Create a free account, click Add Listing, choose your category and location, then complete your profile (description, hours, photos, and contact details). Submissions are reviewed before they appear publicly.

Yes — you can publish a basic listing on the Free plan. Paid plans (Starter, Growth, Pro, and Enterprise) add more listings, photos, booking, analytics, featured placement credits, and team seats. Compare options on the Packages page.

Sign in and open your Dashboard. From there you can update hours, photos, description, contact information, and services. Keep details current — stale listings may be flagged for review.

Yes. One account may manage multiple legitimate businesses or branch locations, subject to your plan limits. Each physical location needs its own listing; do not create duplicates for the same place.

Search for your business first. If a listing already exists, use the claim or ownership request flow instead of creating a duplicate. Contact support with proof of ownership if you need help.

Common reasons include incomplete profiles, wrong category or location, keyword-stuffed names, duplicate listings, prohibited content, or suspicious activity. Review the Listing Guidelines and fix the issues, then resubmit or contact support with your listing URL.

Yes. List your business in the country and city where you actually operate (for example New York, Toronto, or London). Use accurate diaspora hub locations — do not tag a Bangladesh city if you only serve customers abroad.

Yes. Registered users may rate and review businesses they have genuinely used. Owners should respond professionally and report fake or abusive reviews through the listing report tools.

Listings progress through Claimed → Contactable → Complete profile → Trade license verified → Trusted. Complete profiles with accurate NAP data, photos, and (where available) verified documents rank higher in trust signals.

We combine owner updates, community reports, moderation review, and verification checks. We do not guarantee every field is perfect, but misleading or abandoned listings can be corrected, paused, or removed.

No. Review manipulation — including paid reviews, self-reviews, or competitor smear campaigns — violates our policies and may result in listing removal.

The Community section highlights Bangladeshi associations, mosques, NGOs, and civic organizations — especially in diaspora hubs. Filter by country and city, or browse all organizations.

Booking is available on eligible categories for Starter plans and above. Owners enable booking from the dashboard; customers pick an available slot on the listing page.

Leads arrive in your Dashboard inbox (and by email when configured). Growth and higher plans add SLA tracking and advanced analytics to help you respond faster.

Yes. Listings show phone, email, website, and map links when the owner provides them. AllofBD does not mask legitimate business contact details on published profiles.

Open Dashboard → Profile (or Account settings) while signed in. Use the password reset link on the login page if you are locked out.

Visit the Packages page to compare Free, Starter, Growth, Pro, and Enterprise plans. Upgrades are applied to your account after checkout through our ListingPro package integration.

Use the Report control on the listing or review. Include a short reason (spam, wrong address, impersonation, etc.). Our moderation team reviews reports and may contact the owner.

We process account and listing data to operate the directory, as described in our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions. Do not publish sensitive personal data (national IDs, private medical records) in listing content.
