Since 1972, BAAI has been a non-profit (IRS 501(c)(3), Tax ID 52-1929654) for Bangladeshi expats in D.C., Virginia, and Maryland, promoting unity and heritage through events. It’s non-political, focusing on social connections and preserving values in the diaspora.

Services and Programs:

They organize picnics, cultural nights, Eid reunions, sports, and conventions. Recent ones include food distributions for people experiencing homelessness, festival booths, and Eid prayers—great for spiritual and fun gatherings.
