Our Mission:
We want to build a Diagnostic and Medical Services Centre that leads in inexpensive, high-quality diagnostics. Our goal is to prevent medical tourism by providing high-quality diagnostic services in Bangladesh.
Our History:
When we began serving our nation in 1983, it quickly expanded with new branches opening across Badda, Dinajpur and Mirpur in 2016. In 2017, we introduced six ‘Model Pharmacies’ across Bangladesh, broadening our services for wider patient convenience.

Refund and Return Policy:
At Popular Diagnostic Centre Ltd, we stand behind the quality of our pathology, radiology, and imaging tests with our Return and Refund Policy that guarantees fair treatment of our unique services.
Eligibility for Refund:
Our refund process only accommodates tests which have yet to be conducted or processed – those already underway or completed cannot be reimbursed. Where there has been an error or technical problem caused by our facilities, we may offer either a retest or partial refund based on individual case assessments.
Requesting Refunds:
In order to request a refund from Popular Diagnostic Centre Ltd. through official communication channels, clients need to give details on their test as well as why it was performed within three business days following its date and explanation for why a refund should be requested.
Refund Timeline:
Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 7 to 10 working days from their approval. They can either be issued back via their original method of payment, or an alternate one agreed between parties involved.
Non-Refundable Services:
Services rendered are non-refundable once results have been provided to our client, although should disputed results arise we offer an expeditious procedure for review or retesting subject to specific terms and conditions.
