📖 About This Attraction

The iconic 335-foot multicolored pedestrian suspension bridge spanning a scenic inlet of Kaptai Lake at the Parjatan Holiday Complex.

Constructed in 1986 by the Bangladesh Parjatan Corporation, the Hanging Bridge is the definitive symbol of Rangamati tourism. Connecting two steep green hills over shimmering blue water, walking across the sway of the wooden-deck bridge provides scenic views of local fishing boats, tribal handicrafts stalls, and water-bird nesting grounds.
