📖 About This Attraction

Louis Kahn’s world-renowned modernist architectural masterwork floating on an artificial lake surrounded by Manik Mia Avenue.

One of the largest legislative complexes in the world, Jatiya Sangsad Bhaban was designed by celebrated American architect Louis I. Kahn. Completed in 1982, the monumental concrete structure features monumental geometric cutouts—circles, triangles, and arches—and is flanked by the tranquil Crescent Lake and Chandrima Udyan.
