📖 About This Attraction

Centuries-old spiritual shrine in Atharokhada shaded by a gigantic three-acre banyan tree, celebrated for the grand national Magura Kali Puja.

Located in Atharokhada village just north of Magura town, Siddheshwari Temple has been a sacred spiritual hub for over 300 years. Shaded by an enormous canopy of ancient banyan branches spanning several bighas, the temple is the focal gathering point during Magura's famous Katyayani and Kali Puja celebrations, where hundreds of illuminated festival gates turn the town into an open-air carnival.
