The page names Home Loan for purchase of an apartment or house, Home Credit for construction, renovation, or extension, and Takeover. It does not print an interest percent. The September 2026 base-rate page prints 8.72% as the variable base for home, auto, and personal loans. It says the effective rate is that base plus a margin, and it does not print the margin. The sheet prints residential housing at a declared 10.22%, a lowest 9.22%, and a highest 11.22%, and flat purchase at 10.72%, 9.72%, and 11.72%.
